Tracking each resume sent individually is for the birds!

I love the service offered for tracking but, I've sent out so many resumes this job search that tracking them each is a job of it's own. If the stats of views and downloads are presented where the "view tracking" is this service will be up to speed with one more thing job seekers need-results.

Slow down the text that rolls on the home page.

The text is important and it scrolls off the screen too fast for a slower reader to read. Maybe do a pause of 10 or 15 seconds between topic scrolls.
